30-day money-back guarantee

Kennelbook, operated by Goldgame, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Premium membership. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact Goldgame and we will help you raise it. You do not need to give a reason.

Cancelling your membership

You can cancel your Premium membership at any time. Cancellation stops future monthly charges; your Premium features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the free plan. Your dog records are not deleted when you cancel.

Free first week

New members get Premium features free for their first week. No payment is taken for that week, so there is nothing to refund unless you have also purchased a paid month.
