1. Who you contract with

Goldgamebully ("the Service") is operated by Goldgame ("we", "us", "Goldgame"). By creating an account or using the Service you enter into an agreement with Goldgame. If you use the Service on behalf of a kennel, business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

2. Acceptance

By registering for, accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the updated version.

3. What the Service does

Goldgamebully is a web platform for dog breeders to keep dog and litter records, health and show results, growth measurements, pedigree data and pedigree designs, to plan breedings with inbreeding calculations, to publish public kennel, dog and litter pages, and to keep puppy buyers updated. Pedigree calculations and any other output are informational aids and do not replace your own professional or veterinary judgement.

4. Your account

You must give accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of animal welfare law;
• commit fraud, send spam, or publish misleading pedigree, health or show information;
• upload content that infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including uploading malware, probing or scanning our systems, bypassing technical limits, or scraping data;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service or any part of it.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, records and other content you upload. You grant Goldgame a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service, including on the public pages you choose to publish. You confirm you have the rights needed for everything you upload. If a rights-holder believes content on the Service infringes their rights, they can contact us and we will review it; we may remove content and may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.

6a. AI tools and photo editing

The Service includes AI and image-editing tools (for example Stack Judge, Photo Refresh, magazine covers, backgrounds and props). These tools are made only for editing and presenting photos of dogs. The AI photo tools improve and style photos — restoration, high-definition enhancement, lighting and color treatments, and background changes — and they never change the dog's anatomy, proportions, or physical structure. They are not for editing people: we do not offer face swaps, face or body editing of people, or any tool for altering a person's likeness. When you use them:

• you must not create or request illegal content, sexual content, hate speech, harassment, violence or animal cruelty, face swaps, edits of real people, deepfakes or impersonation of real people, misleading pedigree or health claims, or malware, and you must not try to bypass our safety filters (jailbreaking);
• you are responsible for your prompts and uploads, for having the rights to them, and for how you use the results;
• you own the outputs you create to the extent the law allows, subject to the rights of others in your inputs; rights-holders can report infringing content to us, we will review and remove it where appropriate, and repeated infringement leads to suspension;
• we may filter or refuse requests, remove or restrict generated content, and suspend accounts that break these rules;
• AI output can be inaccurate. Stack Judge scores and other AI assessments are informal guidance based on published ABKC and IBC standards — not an official judging, veterinary, genetic or breeding advice — and should be checked by a qualified person.

7. Our intellectual property and your licence

Goldgame retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Service, its software, design, pedigree layouts, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected.

8. Plans and payment

Goldgamebully has a free plan and a Premium membership at $59 per month. New members receive a free first week of Premium features. Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, subscription renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our payment provider Stripe and are governed by the Stripe checkout terms. Our own refund commitment is described in our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted through Stripe. Stripe handles payment processing, tax calculation and receipts for all our orders, and provides transaction-level customer service inquiries.

9. Service level

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of data loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and cancel your membership at any time. When access ends you will have a reasonable window to export your records before data is deleted.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, breeding opportunities or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

12. General

You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or reorganisation. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Goldgame is established, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction.
